What is the difference between Raw Hair & Virgin Hair?

Virgin hair is lightly processed for consistency, while raw hair is 100% natural, unprocessed, and offers the highest quality and longevity.

How long does the hair last? Can the hair be colored or bleached?

With proper care, our hair can last 3-5+ years. Hair can be colored, but professional coloring is recommended.


how many bundles are needed?

3 bundles are recommended for all lengths. 4+ bundles are recommended for lengths 32” - 40”.


Are WigS Customizable to my head size? Are they Ready to Wear?

Each unit is tailored to your selected cap size for a secure, flawless fit. All wigs are made to order. Units come customizable but may require additional styling to preference. Please use the size chart before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart.

how long does shipping and processing take?

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom wig units require 5–10 business days for construction and customization. Once completed, shipping takes 2–3 business days.


What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered?

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist in locating your package if any issues arise.


We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later options. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.


What is your policy on orders, refunds, AND exchanges?

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our units, wigs are non-refundable. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Bundles, products, and merchandise are eligible for exchange only if returned in original, unused condition.
